"Journey (season Final)"
New Directions compete contra Vocal Adrenaline nas Regionais, na frente estão os juízes: Olivia Newton-John, Josh Groban e Sue. Surpreendentemente Sue vota para que o New Directions fique em primeiro lugar. Quinn tem seu bebê, chamada Beth, e Shelby adota Beth. Sue chantegeia o diretor Figgins e os garotos ganham mais um ano, pois se eles não vencessem as regionais, o Glee seria fechado.
